Under the PRR, Test Beds are defined as “innovation hubs, operating on a collaborative basis between the companies responsible for their operation and the companies and startups to whom they provide services related to the experimentation and testing of new products and/or services that are in a position to achieve Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 5 and 9, with a strong digital and/or virtual/digital simulation component, aiming to accelerate their productization, industrialization, and commercialization.
The Test Bed Collaborative Productization Network is made up of a multidisciplinary consortium with a strong R&D+i component that brings together key technological and sectoral skills in the Agri-food, Sea & Fisheries, Environment & Sustainability, Natural Resources, and Circular Economy sectors.
The Test Bed Collaborative Productization Network intends to provide services that support the development of new products. These services are intended for SMEs and Start-ups and are related to the experimentation and testing of new products. The objective is for these new products to achieve TRL between 5 and 9 and have a strong digital component, to accelerate their productization, industrialization, and commercialization.
This will be achieved through the provision of infrastructure, technological capacity, and highly specialized human resources, creating the necessary conditions for participating companies to develop their products.
